Massage

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is the foundation upon which many bodywork techniques are based. Using light but firm touch and a variety of techniques, this massage relaxes the muscles. It enhances the nerves, muscles, glands and circulation as well as stimulates the skin, reducing stress, both emotional and physical, Swedish Massage is recommended as a regular program for stress management

Deep Tissue Massage

A full body massage that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. Deep tissue aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body. Slow strokes and deep finger pressure. A more focused type of massage and works to release chronic muscle tension

Trigger Point Massage

Trigger Point massage therapy is specifically designed to alleviate the source of pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release. In this type of massage, the recipient actively participates through deep breathing as well as identifying the exact location and intensity of the discomfort.

Cranial Sacral Therapy

Cranial sacral therapy is a gentle hands on approach to body work. The cranial sacral system produces a rhythm, just like your heart beat. Holding pressure points will help move the fluid properly and taking pressure off the cranial nerve relieves the pressure you may be feeling. Cranial therapy is good for many conditions such as headaches (sinus, tension, migraines), TMJ (jaw tension), stress, arthritis, and inner ear problems.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage relieves many of the aches and pains of pregnancy while keeping you in touch with your constantly changing body. Massage can create an overall feeling of well-being and deepen the mother-child bond.
